Dataset for the publication "Assessing the extent of citrus trees root apparatus under deficit irrigation via multi-method geo-electrical imaging" Readme file for the data published as: Mary et al,. 2018 (To complete after submission) The data set accompanies the following publication: Mary et al,. 2018 (To complete after submission) Scientific Reports. DOI Micrometeorological data, SWC content data are all merged in a unique csv file. The csv files are simple text files and can be opened by any text editor (it might help to change the extension from .csv to .txt). For each of the Electrical Resistivity Tomography and Mise-ŕ-la-Masse data sets, 8 files are provided. 4 for each acquisition: - File 1: raw ERT data - File 2: raw MALM data x2 (stem and control soil injection) - File 3: a geometry file describing electrode position The naming convention is: - For the ERT tree with PRD irrigation: T1_ERT*.txt, - For the ERT tree with Full irrigation: T2_ERT*.txt - For the MALM tree (with Full irrigation) for a stem injection: T2_MALM*Stem.txt, for a soil control: T2_MALM*Soil.txt The electrical tomography data is given in .txt format and can be read using Prosys2 available from http://www.iris-instruments.com/download.html#processing The coordinates of the electrical sources and receivers’ coordinates are given in SI units (m) in the *.geom file as space separated ASCII files. For the geophysical figures (2,3 and 4) in the publication, the following ERT files have been used: Figure 2: T1_ERT*.txt, T2_ERT*.txt Figure 3: T1_MALM*Stem.txt, T1_MALM*Soil.txt, T2_MALM*Stem.txt, T2_MALM*Soil.txt Figure 4: all datasets following the processing procedure explain
