QUANTITATIVE METHOD: ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE TO RUSSIAN LANGUAGE TEACHERS and MOTHER-TONGUE ASSISTANTS IN ITALIAN SCHOOLS ABOUT THE SYLLABUS and THEIR TEACHING EXPERIENCE (Collection of aggregated data in anonymous form); 3.QUALITATIVE METHODS: a) 12 INDIVIDUAL SEMI-STRUCTURED INTERVIEWS TO RUSSIAN LANGUAGE TEACHERS, b) 3 THEMATIC FOCUS GROUPS.
Statement on legal, ethical and access issues: The risk of disclosing participants' identities was mitigated by removing references to real names and other identifying information. The following consent for data processing was provided to all the informants in advance:https://docs.univr.it/documenti/Documento/allegati/allegati766390.pdf.
Data processing and preparation activities: ANALYSIS and PREPARATION OF THE COLLECTED DATA THROUGH GRAPHS, DIAGRAMS, CHARTS, by removing references to real names and other identifying information.

Additional information: Focus of the Padova Research Unit: the Syllabus of the Russian language for Italian secondary schools, published by the Ministry of Education in two versions: one for Gymnasia, the other for Technical and Vocational Institutes (nota n. Protocollo 25155 by M.I.U.R., 23rd December 2019). A few years after their publication, our main objective is to monitor: - the reception and concrete employment of the two Syllabi by teachers; - their integration in the development of the curricula in different schools; - their effectiveness as support guidelines for teaching activities. Using scientific research tools, updated data were gathered on: - the strengths of the Syllabi (i.e., their main aims and issues); - possible implementations of aspects not included, or not sufficiently explored.
