This repository contains MATLAB scripts for modeling and analysis of hydrological processes. - Catchment- and network-scale temporariness: Implemented in the scripts PhiC.m, PhiN.m, and PhiN_State.m, which support both aggregated and disaggregated scenarios. These files are located in the folder 1 - Temporary fraction. - Wetness Index estimation: Implemented through a set of MATLAB scripts available in the folder 2 - Wetness Index. Detailed usage instructions and additional information are provided in the accompanying ReadMe.txt files.
