No personally identifiable information related to clinic owners, employees, clients, or animals was collected or accessed during the study. Participation in the study was entirely voluntary, and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. All collected data were fully anonymised, and confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the study. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, study procedures, and confidentiality measures before the surveys were conducted.
