Collection description
Open the REDCap data dictionary and instrument for multicenter surveillance of seasonal hyperacute panuveitis (SHAPU) in Nepal. Version 1.1 contains 219 fields (variables 55 to 273) in the 2025 SHAPU Outbreak Case Report Form. The fields cover consent and registration, sociodemographic and geospatial data, clinical presentation, entomological and botanical exposure, an optional climate-perception module, and follow-up at one week, one month, three months, and twelve months.
The deposit contains the data dictionary (CSV), the REDCap instrument ZIP for import into a REDCap project, a human-readable codebook (PDF), and a README. No patient data are included. This deposit is Supplementary File S1 of the manuscript "Design and development of REDSuiT, an open REDCap data dictionary for multicenter surveillance of seasonal hyperacute panuveitis in Nepal: a mixed-methods study," submitted to the International Journal of Medical Informatics.
