Collection description

A total of 48 Siboney de Cuba cattle blood samples (35 females and 13 males, with age between 24 and 30 months) were collected. All animals were genotyped with the GGP Bovine 100k BeadChip (Bos taurus x Bos indicus) containing approximately 100,000 SNPs (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA).
