Collection description

Post-mortem characteristics recorded at slaughter of 194 batches of cattle (3 categories) reared in 104 farms located in the Po Valley (Italy): carcass, claw disorders and gastrointestinal data. Characteristics of the farms of origin were collected using a questionnaire. Chemical analyses of unifeed and faeces for some of the considered batches were provided.
